1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to 67zz, Bangladesh's premier online casino and sports betting platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and 67zz ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 67zz platform, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, and related services available at https://67zz.bio.

By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing any part of the 67zz platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To access the full range of services at 67zz, you must register a personal account. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the platform. Multiple accounts belonging to a single player are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and use 67zz, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered under your own identity (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number).
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.

Account Verification (KYC)

67zz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. We may ask you to submit a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport), proof of mobile wallet ownership, and any additional documents we reasonably require to verify your identity, age, or source of funds. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in temporary suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or gaming privileges.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

67zz supports a range of trusted payment methods tailored to players in Bangladesh. All transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We do not accept cryptocurrency payments at this time.

• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.
• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction. Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed within 1-3 business hours during standard operating times (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM BST, UTC+6).
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise verified by our support team.

67zz does not charge a fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction charges. 67zz is not responsible for any such third-party charges.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

67zz offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and returning players in Bangladesh, including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, and Eid. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which are detailed within each individual offer. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable bonus terms, a standard rollover of 20x the bonus amount applies. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Only bets placed on eligible games count towards meeting the wagering requirement.

Bonus Abuse and Fraud

67zz uses advanced monitoring systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, multi-accounting, chip dumping, arbitrage betting, and other forms of exploitation. Actions we consider to constitute abuse include:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotional offer more than once.
• Using bonus funds to place low-risk or hedged bets that guarantee a profit regardless of the game outcome, violating the spirit of the promotion.
• Colluding with other players to pool bonus funds or manipulate game outcomes.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

6. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the prohibited actions described elsewhere in these Terms, the following conduct is expressly forbidden on the 67zz platform and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or AI-assisted software to gain an unfair advantage in any game, market, or promotional offer.
• Attempting to launder money or using the platform for any transaction connected to proceeds of crime.
• Engaging in offensive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication towards 67zz staff or other players via any channel including live chat and email.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or account balance to another individual under any circumstances.

67zz operates a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing, including in connection with cricket betting or any other sports market. All suspicious activity is logged, investigated, and — where evidence supports it — reported to the relevant sport governing body.

7. Responsible Gaming

67zz is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting the wellbeing of all players, particularly those who may be vulnerable. We strongly encourage all players to set personal gambling limits and to view gaming purely as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. Self-Exclusion and Cooling-Off

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 67zz platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, icons, text, audio clips, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 67zz or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the 67zz platform without our prior written consent.
• You must not use any 67zz trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion, misrepresentation, or damage to our brand reputation.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with any part of the 67zz platform software or infrastructure.

Any unauthorised use of 67zz intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 67zz, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, system failure, interruption of service, or any other commercial or financial loss, even if 67zz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 67zz's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 67zz account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments and Termination

67zz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. We encourage all players to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 67zz platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.

67zz may suspend or permanently close your account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continued operation of your account poses a risk to the platform or other players. Upon termination, any pending legitimate withdrawal requests will be honoured subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the general principles of fair dealing and good faith applicable in the jurisdiction where 67zz operates. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the 67zz platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with our customer support team at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days of the initial complaint, 67zz reserves the right to refer the matter to a recognised independent dispute resolution body. The outcome of such a referral shall be treated as final and binding on both parties. 67zz makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.
